3 Veggie Smoothies

Green Smoothie
(makes 1 glass)

2 handful kale
2 oranges
2 stems of mint
½ lime
50ml water

Break the kale leaves of their stems and peel the orange. Make sure to get as much of the whites off as possible, as they will make the smoothie more bitter. Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Red Smoothie
(makes 1 glass)

1 handful lamb’s lettuce
½ (100g) beetroot
7 stems of coriander
1 apple
½ lemon
100ml water

Peel the beetroot and cut it in cubes.
Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Yellow Smoothie
(makes 1 glass)

25g savoy cabbage
½ (100g) cucumber
¼ (150g) pineapple
1 mango
10g ginger
100ml water

Peel the mango, ginger and pineapple.
Mix all ingredients in a blender.

I am Pauline, a 22 year-old food lover and photographer from Berlin.

My recipes are simple, vegetarian dishes with plant-based and natural ingredients only. Perfect for everyday life. You do not have to be a skilled cook to have a balanced and healthy diet – I am not!
