Buckwheat Porridge

Buckwheat Porridge

(1 bowl)

200g buckwheat
1 banana
½ apple
100g frozen fruits

Let the buckwheat soak in water overnight. Since the porridge is „raw“ this step is really important. It helps the porridge to become more creamy, as well as being more easily digestible, as enzymes are getting broken down.
Take the frozen fruits out of the freezer and set them aside while preparing the porridge.
Using a food processor, mix buckwheat (rinsed well after soaking) and banana until creamy. Scrap into a bowl.
Grate the apple and stir in the porridge.
Top the porridge with frozen fruits and anything else you want and have at home. Enjoy!
