Ich kann diesen abendlichen Schokoladen-Cravings einfach nicht widerstehen und ende mitten in der Nacht barfu\u00df stehend in unserer K\u00fcche und versuche so leise wie m\u00f6glich zu backen. Oft bin ich irgendwann so m\u00fcde, dass ich das Resultat nicht mal mehr probiere. Aber dann geschieht das absolut Beste am n\u00e4chsten Morgen: Ich kann Nachtisch zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck essen! Eine Win-Win-Situation, w\u00fcrde ich sagen.<br \/>\nAuf diese Tr\u00fcffel (die bei einer dieser Nacht-K\u00fcchen-Aktionen entstanden sind) komme ich meist zur\u00fcck, wenn ich ein pl\u00f6tzliches Schokoladen-Craving habe. Ich mache sie zuhause (f\u00fcr mich selbst oder bed\u00fcrftige Mitbewohner) oder bringe sie zu verschiedenen Events mit. Sie fungieren auch sehr gut als ein kulinarisches \u2018Dankesch\u00f6n\u2019!<br \/>\nDie Zubereitung dauert nur ein paar Minuten und ben\u00f6tigt lediglich 5 Zutaten, dann hat man ein sogenanntes \u201eraw dessert\u201c mit einem reichhaltigen und intensiven Geschmack.<br \/>\nEs w\u00e4re gelogen zu sagen, dass ich immer ein paar dieser Tr\u00fcffeln im K\u00fchlschrank habe, nur f\u00fcr den Notfall,\u00a0wenn ich mal dringend Schokolade brauche. Denn in aller Aufrichtigkeit \u2013 ich werde sie noch vor dem Abend alle gegessen haben.
