Especially during the summer I consider it as the most refreshing thing to eat (well, right after a big chunk of watermelon!). Whenever my time is limited or I don&#8217;t feel like being creative in the kitchen, I chop some vegetables and make a big veggie bowl. They are basic vegetables, nothing too fancy. So it&#8217;ll be most likely that I have them at home.
