Da das Porridge \u201eroh\u201c bleiben wird, hilft dieser Schritt den Buchweizen zum einen weicher und cremiger zu machen, au\u00dferdem kann er so vom K\u00f6rper besser verdaut werden, da durch das Einweichen Enzyme aufgebrochen werden. Das Einweichwasser entfernen und den Buchweizen gr\u00fcndlich abwaschen.<br \/>\nGefrorene Fr\u00fcchte abwiegen und auftauen lassen.<br \/>\nIm Mixer Buchweizen und Banane mixen, bis eine cremige Konsistenz erreicht wird. In eine Sch\u00fcssel geben.<br \/>\nEinen halben Apfel reiben und unterr\u00fchren. Anschlie\u00dfend mit gefrorenen Fr\u00fcchten verzieren. Beim weiteren Topping \u2013 falls erw\u00fcnscht \u2013 kann man ganz kreativ werden.
