Dazu geschrotete Leinsamen mit Wasser in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel gut vermischen und f\u00fcr etwa 15-20 Minuten quellen lassen.<br \/>\nOfen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen. Brokkoli waschen und die Knospen mit einem Messer abtrennen. Knospen im Mixer fein zerkleinern.<br \/>\nKnoblauchzehe sch\u00e4len. Entweder fein hacken oder eine Knoblauchpresse verwenden.<br \/>\nIn einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel alle Zutaten f\u00fcr den Teig miteinander vermischen. Sollte der Teig zu trocken sein, ein wenig Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen.<br \/>\nMit der Hand kleine Teigb\u00e4lle formen und diese auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech legen. Mit den H\u00e4nden platt dr\u00fccken und zu einem runden Kreis formen.<br \/>\nDie Mini Pizzen f\u00fcr circa 15 Minuten im Ofen backen lassen.<br \/>\nW\u00e4hrenddessen den Belag vorbereiten. Hier ist komplett freie Hand gelassen. Worauf auch immer ihr Lust habt oder ihr Zuhause habt &#8211; werdet kreativ, wenn es zur Belegung kommt.
