Fleischb\u00e4llchen. Aber anstatt sie aus Fleisch zu machen, sind diese hier mit Sonnenblumen- und K\u00fcrbiskernen, getrockneten Tomaten und Kichererbsen gemacht. Ich verspreche, dass sie auf keinen Fall nach Fleisch schmecken werden (sorry!) und super lecker sind. Ich mache sie meist zu einem ganz simplen Gericht: Spagetti mit Tomatenso\u00dfe, und schon wird es zu einem gro\u00dfen Hingucker!<\/p>\n<p><i>F\u00fcr 10 B\u00e4llchen:<\/i> <\/p>\n<p>80g Getrocknete Tomaten<br \/>\n100g Kichererbsen<br \/>\n60g Sonnenblumenkerne<br \/>\n60g K\u00fcrbiskerne<br \/>\n\u00bd Knoblauchzehe<br \/>\n1\/2 kleine rote Zwiebel<br \/>\n1 Prise Cayenne Pfeffer<br \/>\nSalz<br \/>\nPfeffer<\/p>\n<p>Ofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen.<br \/>\nIn einem Mixer Sonnenblumenkerne und K\u00fcrbiskerne zu einem feinen Mehl zerkleinern.<br \/>\nKnoblauch und Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln und zusammen mit den restlichen Zutaten in den Mixer geben. Alles vermischen, bis eine einheitliche Masse entsteht. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<br \/>\nH\u00e4nde leicht anfeuchten, B\u00e4llchen formen (jeweils circa 1 geh\u00e4ufter Essl\u00f6ffel) und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech geben.<br \/>\nIm Ofen f\u00fcr circa 20 Minuten backen lassen. Die genaue Backzeit kann von Ofen zu Ofen variieren.
