I just find it too expensive and I&#8217;d rather save the\u00a0money for a better home made salad. When I do go out it\u2019s for the Asian kitchen. And while I used to order lots and lots of spring rolls, I have now gladly joined the summer roll team. Raw vegetables and herbs, rolled in rice paper and dipped in a delicious sauce. They are super easy to prepare at home and it doesn\u2019t take\u00a0much to make them tasty. For me, they represent a perfect light dinner (or lunch) and they\u00a0will always make a pretty good impression laying on your table.<\/p>\n<p>Finding the rice paper can be a bit tricky, as your conventional supermarket most likely won\u2019t sell it. Try your local Asian store or market, I am sure they will have some. Otherwise check an organic or health food store.<\/p>\n<p>Making summer rolls can also be an activity to get the whole family together.\u00a0By letting everyone fill and make their own rolls, every eater will be happy with them. (Especially kids love it!) Same goes for meals like wraps or pizza. The eating experience will be much more intense when you have prepared your own meal and know exactly\u00a0what it is made of.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
