dark chocolate popcorn with sea salt
(makes one big bowl of fresh popcorn)
100g corn kernel
1 ½ coconut oil
50g dark chocolate
1 pinch of sea salt
Warm coconut oil in a big pot and add the corn. Let it heat up on medium heat with the lit on for a few minutes, until all corn kernels are popped.
In the meanwhile chop up the dark chocolate.
Take the popcorn from the stove and add dark chocolate and sea salt and mix well. Enjoy!
