Watermelon Mint Smoothie + Video

IMG_8215Today is a very happy day for me, as I am finally sharing a new video with you! I am still blown away by the amazing response to my little introduction video I posted just before this blog went online. I intentionally had not planned to make youtube a thing, but after all the positive response, why not give it a try?! It still takes some time and effort producing them, but I am sure me and my lovely cameraman Daniel will get faster soon. (And hopefully find a kitchen that I can use to film in, whoops.)

This watermelon mint smoothie is the perfect summer drink. (Yes, I know – I’m a tad late with this one, but thanks to a globalized world it’s always hot somewhere!) The strawberries and mint add a delicious twist to the watermelon. So refreshing, I am telling you.

Recipe

Watermelon Mint Smoothie + Video

Details

  • Prep Time: 3 minutes
  • Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 300g watermelon
  • 10 strawberries
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200ml water

Instructions

Wash the strawberries and mint leaves. Slice the watermelon and add to the blender together with everything else. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
