Breakfast smoothie
Fruitsfruitsfruitsfruits. It happens every couple days that I loudly exclaim: “I could live off fruits my whole life! Fruitsfruitsfruits and nothing else!” It’s not entirely true, I couldn’t do it, too much I like savory meals, but my love to fruits is indeed intense. Even before I changed my eating habits, I ate fruits in abundance. I know, there are many different opinions out there about the high sugar in fruits… Personally, I am an advocate of fructose. Fructose is the sugar contained in fruits, which gives you energy. That is why I love to have a fruit smoothie for breakfast. The ingredients will always change, depending on which fruits I have at home.
This one is my current favorite at the moment. It’s thick and sweet and tastes like summer!
